Angel Rojas '24 Recruiting Profile

I am Angel Rojas, I am student and athlete from Venezuela. I love competing, I strive to be my best self wether if its in class, at work, or on a field. Playing soccer has allowed me to learn many important life skills, one of the most important ones for me has been not to let the people around you dictate your behavior and the actions you take. I say this because as a young kid I didn't play with kids my age, most of the time I played with adults. This exposed me to a lot of negative behaviors, this meant that I would have to mature a lot faster and would have to learn how to focus on my goals and to not let any out distractions get in the way of it. I feel I can have an impact at the higher level with not just my skills but with personality and desire to be better, I believe this behavior is contagious and will positively effect any environment I am in.
