Ethan Cajuste '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm Ethan Cajuste, a 6'2" student at Winter Haven Senior High in Florida, set to graduate in 2024. I'm on the lookout for colleges that strike a balance between strong academics and a vibrant athletic scene.

I am the starting center-back for the West Florida Flames U19 boys with Coach Fred Dikranian. Besides my main role, I've also played as a left-back and left wing-back. Simultaneously, I hold the position of starting center-back at Winter Haven Senior High. I'm thrilled to share that I was fortunate to be selected for the West Florida Flame U19 MLSNext team.

My soccer journey started at three years old, and my love for the game has only grown since I have accrued extensive experience and skills on the field. Transitioning from All Saints Academy to Winter Haven Senior High in my junior year was driven by a desire for a more challenging academic track. I played varsity soccer at All Saints Academy from grades 7 to 10, earning a starting spot from grades 8 to 10. During this time, I contributed significantly as a left back, racking up 17 assists and 9 goals. Upon joining Winter Haven Senior High as a new student at my current school, I quickly earned the captain's armband and was awarded Winter Haven Defender of the Year.

I am an ambitious, hard-working student, as demonstrated by my continued dedication to soccer and academics. I'm enrolled in the rigorous Cambridge Program at Winter Haven Senior High, maintaining a 4.3 GPA in all AS and A Level classes. My commitment extends beyond the classroom to both academics and soccer.

My goal is to play soccer professionally; thus, I'm actively seeking a college environment that nurtures my soccer skills and supports my academic ambitions. I tackle each challenge with a competitive spirit and a commitment to being the best in all that I do.
