I am very passionate about soccer and aim to play in college and beyond. I can play many positions but prefer to play on the left and more attacking. I can use both of my feet strongly but prefer my left. I take my  academics very seriously and aim to get a 4.0 or higher GPA in high school and college.

To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing you today to share with my experiences with Liam Warrilow. I coached Liam when he played for the Arundel Soccer Association consistently for a period of 6 years, and then intermittently during seasonal play such as Sand Duels in Ocean City, MD. I coached him from the age of 6 to 12, from Recreational to County to Travel Select. Those were the most amazing years of transformation a Coach can see in a player; where they are originally playing for the love and praise of their parents, to the love of the game…from playing swarm soccer to becoming mini-field generals. That’s what I want most to share with you in this letter.

Liam is perhaps one of the most cerebral soccer players I’ve had the pleasure of coaching. He’s a thinker, capable of assessing situations quickly and determining when is the best time to be aggressive, and when to lay off and give the situation time to develop. He’s proved time and again that he sees the field from the 300-foot view. The advantage of this kind of player is that they understand they may be out run by their opponent, but that they can overcome this by taking the smart line to out angle them as well. Furthermore, they can also direct their teammates to better position themselves, particularly with set pieces. I’ve seen Liam do this time after time with very positive results. 

Liam is solid at the basics as well as advanced skills, light and fast on his feet and has fantastic field vision. He is aggressive when necessary and has a knack for being well positioned…in the right place at the right time. He also has more stamina than most players his age. I would strongly encourage any Coach to recruit Liam.
