From the young age of 7 years old, I began my journey with soccer and dreamt about playing college soccer when I would grow up. In the classroom, I have always tried my best, but always strive to be better. I always enjoyed math and science and struggled a bit more in English Language Arts, but never gave up. I am now in all honors classes, a member of the National Honor Society, looking to carry over these accomplishments and aspirations to the college level in my studies and on the soccer field. When it comes to myself as an athlete, a soccer player, and individual of character, I always keep in mind that I can always be better and with that comes hard work. Training my body to healthy limits, eating a nutritious diet, and studying to keep up with my grades has been my strategy to building my positive character, training my body to great strengths, and improving my game of soccer. What I believe makes me different from other recruits is that, for me it doesn’t matter where I land an opportunity to play soccer at the college level, but just that I do get the opportunity to play at the college level! I would be a good candidate for a college level soccer team because I am a team player. I am a firm believer that every player should work together to make a strong team dynamic. It is important to have positive relationships with teammates and to help each other strive for success. I look forward to discovering the best fit for myself and a college soccer teams’ success.
