My name is Nicholas Ribeiro. I am a 16 year old soccer player from West Boylston, Massachusetts. I play as a 3 for Boston Bolts U17 E64 National League and as a 8 for the West Boylston High School Varsity team. My aspiration is to make it to the college, and professional level and to prove the people who always doubted me wrong.
Something that make me standout from others is how I can open up and create space on and off the ball so I can create chances for my team mates. Before I joined Boston Bolts I played a year above my age with Scorpions SC. It gave me an opportunity to evolve as a player and play at a higher level for my age.
Another thing is how I always look forward and never give up. During my freshman year I struggled to get playing time for my varsity team due to lack of skills, and physicality. So during offseason I set a goal for my self to become an crucial player for my team the upcoming season. I sacrificed a lot of time and put in work so I can make my goal possible. For my sophomore year I started every game and led in assists for the team. I continue to always put in work so I can improve day by day.
