Austin Shuker '21 Recruiting Profile

I started playing soccer at a very young age. Soccer has been my greatest passion throughout my whole life. One of my dreams has always been to study and compete at the collage level. I've been a captain on many different soccer teams growing  up including different travel and  high school teams. I enjoy being someone others can look up to for advice on and off the field. 

On the soccer field, I like to believe that I'm a versatile player who can play on both ends playing defensive and offensive. Although my coaches mainly play me in the attacking third of the field, I have a good combination of athleticism, coordination, and speed mixed with good in game IQ this all together makes me a strong player on the soccer field. 

Covid-19 has made my recruiting process a lot harder to get out to scouts and collage coaches since my premier travel soccer season was canceled this spring. However, during my senior year I am determined to keep pushing and working on my game so that I'm ready to compete at the collage level.
