Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Audrey Torres. I am a senior at Caledonia High School and play on the varsity volleyball team as a 6 rotation starter. I currently play for FaR Out Volleyball Club [in the Greater Grand Rapids area in Michigan] on the 18 Gold [National] team. I am athletic, coachable, and adaptable as a leader and teammate on both my club and high school teams. I am extremely passionate about this sport and am willing to work hard and drive myself in my team performance and in developing as a player. I strive to be my best self on and off the court and always look forward to finding ways to improve and get better. I love trying new things and being able to incorporate the new skills in games and practices. I aspire to go to a college that fits me best academically and gives me the greatest opportunity as both a student and an athlete. I am aiming at a solid collegiate academic experience and want to graduate with a degree in the health sciences.
