Soccer is not a school sport where I live and club soccer is just developing. I have had to work hard, making the most of limited opportunities and traveling long distances to challenge myself and grow as a player. My yard is my personal training ground where I try to perfect the basics of the game. Without access to gyms or fitness facilities I made my own circuit using cinderblocks, metal poles, logs, and rope, to build strength and agility to excel on the field. In short, I am unique because I don't give up when there are not licensed coaches, well-run soccer programs, or high competition. For example instead of buying a car I traveled to Spain to get more chances to compete and grow as a player.
I am a good candidate for collegiate soccer because I am highly driven, coachable, and ready to contribute my all to the success of my team. I am willing to put in the work outside of practice to perfect my skill and push myself to the limits of my potential.
My athletic goals are to win championships, be an All-American, build up my teammates, and play professionally. My academic goals are to become a Physical Therapist. I know I can contribute to the success of a college team and welcome the opportunity to prove it.
