Ever since I was about 5 years old, soccer has been the biggest part of my life. I have always dreamed of playing at the highest level possible and I push myself each and every day to get better. Through soccer I have developed both on and off the field, forming new relationships with both my coaches and teammates.
I am a very flexible person and I am very comfortable in new situations. When I am asked to do something new, I take on the task and first figure out what I am going to do. Around 2 years ago, I made the switch from center back to midfield and after a bit of practice, easily fit into the position and performed much better. I constantly am switching between attacking and defensive midfield.
I enjoy spending time with friends and family and also like meeting new people and exploring new opportunities. I am open to all opportunities available to me and willing to play anywhere as the distance from home is not a problem for me. I enjoy running and ran track for two years before deciding to not play anymore and focus on bettering myself with club soccer in the spring. In contrast with a lot of people, I enjoy going to school. I love to learn new things and spend time with my close friends. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA through my freshman and first semester of my sophomore year.
I play High School Soccer at Freeland High School, where I have been a starter for Varsity for both my Freshman and Sophmore seasons. I enjoyed learning from and bettering myself with the help of the upperclassmen. They helped me better myself physically and mentally for playing against the older and must larger players that I was playing against. Both years, my team and I won our district and made it to the first round of regionals. I plan to continue to play high school soccer and hopefully win the D3 state final before I graduate high school. I am also bettering myself in hopes of making first team all state for Division 3 before I graduate.
