I am now in my senior year of high school, and starting my 12th year playing soccer. Cousino won the MAC Blue conference last year and it is our goal to be back to back champions. I made the decision to switch travel teams for this year for the opportunity to play in the ECNL-RL league with the Nationals 05/06 team. I am excited about that season starting up in October.
Soccer is a game I love to play and I want to continue playing at the college level. I have had coaches compliment me on how I play, and tell me that I have a higher game IQ than most players my age in the game. I can play any position a coach wants to put me in - so I am a versatile player on the field, and I push myself to work harder and play harder than most other players.
I am a hardworking student and do well in the classroom and do my best to get along with other classmates. Also, I am not one to give up in situations, I push through and give it my all. I am not one to back down from challenges and will push through anything to get it done.
My coaches look to me to be a leader on the field, and I have been named captain on multiple teams I have played on.
