Ethan Guenther '26 Recruiting Profile

My goals in college soccer are to play Division 1 or Division 2 and to get a great education in engineering. I am a great leader, teammate, and listener and my coaches would say that I am a coach able player. I am a very focused student-athlete, and education takes priority of athletics. I go to a school which focuses on making men of great character with our motto of “men for others”. Rockhurst has many programs, faculty, counselors, and coaches which promote good character and leadership. I would say I am a hard working athlete who spends 5-10 hours a week at the fields practicing during summer by myself. Every time I come off of the field you can see I put my maximum effort into playing for my team. Academically, I am gifted with a great memory and ability to problem solve. I was in the gifted program 6 years throughout elementary school and middle school as well as I have won multiple spelling bees. I scored in the 98th percentile in a High School Placement Test which is taken all around the United States to get into private schools. I hold a 4.3 weighted GPA, and I devote service hours to the community and to my school.
