My name is Aidan Lacy and I am a member of Pembroke Hill's class of 2023 in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to playing soccer, I run track for my high school and AAU, winning all-state honors in 3 events and qualifying for the Midwest Regional Meet in 2 events.
I started playing competitive soccer when I was 11, and I've loved it ever since. For club, I mainly play LW, sometimes playing striker and attacking midfielder as well. For High School, I played striker during my freshman and junior years, and attacking midfielder during my sophomore year.
I am a very versatile player who can play every position except goalkeeper. I have amazing speed (22.34 MPH top speed) and great game awareness which allow me to thrive in any area of the field. I'm comfortable using both feet to dribble, pass, and shoot. I always check my shoulder to keep up with my surroundings. I have great endurance to move up and down the field for very long periods of time. My coaches often comment on how smart of a player I am and how well I read the game. In the classroom, I work very hard to excel. I have a 3.85 unweighted GPA, a 36 ACT, and a 1510 SAT score. I would love to attend a college where I can be challenged both academically and athletically.
