Tuan Jacobson '26 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing competitive soccer since the age of nine. I have a deep understanding of the game that has allowed me to develop my skills alongside talented teammates and dedicated coaches. My goal is to play college soccer at the highest level possible.

My sophomore year (2023), I was named to 1^st Team All-Conference as a Forward. We changed our team formation for districts and I was lucky to be voted onto the 2^nd Team All-District as a Right Outside Back/Defender. I am a coachable athlete who is always eager to learn and improve. I approach every practice and game with humility, knowing that there is always room for growth.

My playing style is characterized by my speed and aggressiveness. I take pride in being a hard worker, always striving to outpace and outperform my opponents whether I’m playing attacking mid, right wing, left or center back. My positional awareness on both offense and defense allows me to make smart decisions that benefit the team as a whole. I have developed effective and accurate passing abilities, which help me to create scoring opportunities and contribute to a strong possession game. I’m comfortable playing wherever the team needs me.

In addition to soccer, I have excelled as a multi-sport athlete, playing basketball and running track. 

I am good all-around student who is able to manage my time effectively, balancing my commitment to sports with my academic responsibilities. I am interested in physical therapy or athletic training and working with athletes to help them stay healthy and perform at their best.
