I have played for many different coaches throughout my career, and I worked hard for all of them. One of my main goals when I get onto a new team is to look at the current leaders and try to learn from them,. Then, I like to start becoming a leader on the team. I have become a captain on almost every single team I have played on. When you look at other recruits, not all of them can say that they have been good leaders and lead their teams to success.
