My name is Dylan Young. Currently, I am 17 years old and will be entering into the 12th grade at Bennington High School. I play on both a club team, Sporting Nebraska FC, and school team, Bennington High School Soccer team. I can play defense, midfielder, and forward. My primary position is as a midfielder. I have good ball handling and passing skills.
I enjoy building good relationships with my peers and adults at school. I have volunteer at our local homeless shelter and have been increasing my volunteer hours. I enjoy working helping individuals weather it is serving meals or packaging meals for families in need or lunches for under served children. I have been refereeing with local soccer leagues for 4 years. It has been a great opportunity to expand and utilize my soccer knowledge.
I am currently interested in pursuing a degree in business with an emphasis in marketing. I am looking to find a college and soccer program that fits me the best. If I can play soccer as I pursue my degree, it would be a dream come true. Playing soccer in college is something that I have dreamed of doing since I was six years old.
