Antonio Riga '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Antonio Riga and I'm a 17 year old RB/RWB/RW. I played soccer since I was 5 and have been surrounded by the club level since I was 7. I currently play for NJ Santos Rush FC 05 Blur and have been a starter for some time now. One thing that helps me perform and makes me stick out is my ability to have confidence when playing. I used to struggle with this but by learning to trust myself and reading a bible verse(that changed the way I think) I learned to build my confidence level. Everyday I feel blessed to be where I am because I have gone through several set backs but each one made me stronger. Having the support of my family, friends and coaches makes life so much easier. Them being there to help push me to be better everyday doesn't go unnoticed. I've known my coach since I started playing soccer and I would not be where I am today without him. Between teaching me the in's and outs of soccer, to getting me familiar with the college life, he has been there every step of the way. My dream is to play D1 college soccer and to go pro and I want to make him proud but also, to make myself proud.
