Ashri Settles '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a disciplined hard worker. who continuously looks for new ways to improve and perfect my craft whether that be in the weight room, on the track, or training on the field. I will bring that ethic to college level play. Furthermore, I am a leader, and I would bring leadership to the team, wherever it may be needed. I am versatile. I can play wherever necessary to increase the success of the team. Off the field, I put a lot of value in academics and always make sure to get good grades. Additionally, I participate in a variety of programs off the field to contribute to the lives of others and my own personal growth. I take part in Diversity Among Peers (DAP) Club which highlights the diversity within our student body and contributes meaningfully to student life. I am also involved with TOP Soccer where I am able to share soccer with kids with special needs. In college, I hope to not only play the sport I love on a team where I can contribute to the overall success but to earn a degree that will prepare me for a fulfilling career as well.
