Making it to the High Schools State Sectional Finals was one of the moments in my High School career in which i gained the most experience. This experience changed how i viewed the game, learning that hard work and dedication wins games not just talent. That experience made me realize that to be one of the best you have to train harder for the best and thrive for more than the best. Which is why i have made the personal commitment to always be the first to practice and to be the last to leave, always give the most that i have even if there is nothing more to put out on the field either in practice or in games. My goal is to play in college and be the best i can be, not only for my self but for my team.
Being the Varsity starting Goalkeeper for the past 3 years and being Captain of the team for the past year has made taught me how to be a leader and not a boss. How to help yourself and your teammates get on the common goal of winning games. Being the Varsity goalkeeper has taught me that, i must be the loudest, strongest player on the team. to support my teammates through any situation whether good or bad. High School soccer has taught me the necessary tools that i need to play at the collegiate level.
