My name is Matthew Fava-Rodrigues, and my life has revolved around soccer since age five. I fell in love with the sport as soon as I touched the ball, and no one has or will ever push me away from it. I'm obsessed, hard-working, and committed to this sport. I've played at The Metropolitan Oval Academy for the last five years, where some fantastic coaches and teammates helped me develop my game knowledge. I've sacrificed my time and body for this sport and have not come this far to stop now. Soccer has always been an outlet to help me cope with the stresses and anxieties of daily life. You can always count on me to give my all at each practice and game; that is the standard I place on myself to become a better player. I can offer a lot to a college program, and I hope you agree.
