Soccer has had a profound impact on my life. To be the first member of my family to attend a University and to continue my development as a student and athlete would mean so much. Growing up, my father, uncle, and brother have instilled a passion in me for soccer. I am motivated to continue my pursuit of my objective. What makes me different from other candidates is that I put my best effort on and off the field. Team captain would not just be a responsibility but also an honor. Showing my teammates respect and leadership. This shows that I would not just be a great candidate but also a great leader to my peers around me. My goal is not just to be the best student athlete I can become but also to be the first generation in my family to attend a University.
