Julien Saunier '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Julien Saunier and I am a soccer player from NYC. I have been playing soccer since I was 4 years old with my father. I have been a starting player for every team I have ever played for and have a fighter’s spirit. I have a leaders mentality and never give up until the final whistle.

I aspire to be the best I can be both on and off the pitch. As soon as I step on the pitch I think to myself “how can I change the game?”

I am not afraid to speak up when my team mates need me to. My highschool team coach told me in the beginning of my sophomore year that she made me captain because of my ability to motivate the team and because of my knowledge of the game. 

I hope to find a school close to my family on the East coast but I am willing to travel if I am given a good opportunity to. I would like to study/major in business, technology, or journalism.

I am very passionate about soccer and would like to find and be part of a team that provides me time for studies and most importantly for soccer.
