Nobin Gurung '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was very young, and I put everything of me to play soccer. I always dreamed of playing soccer in higher-level(Collegiate Level). I am so committed and focused because I know that playing college soccer is a once in a lifetime opportunity. I will be the first member of my family to attend higher level of college and play soccer. It is also a chance for me which will lead me to great success in my life which will change my life forever. 

I have great ball controls, fast, and can understand the game. I am a team leader and I try setting an example for others. I am a player who likes to help others in need on the field and off the field. I do speak four languages fluently, and I understand the diversity of players. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest-working players. 

In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I have been honored roll for many years. I also volunteer at local events when help is needed in the communities. I help new Americans who need assistance in understanding the language and finding the right things.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in studies and on the field. I hope to become a great role model for all my peers and make my parents proud.

I am so grateful and proud to be named Eastern Dakota Conference Player of the Year and North Dakota Powerade Senior Athlete of the Year.
