Ruth Deutsch '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Ruth Deutsch and I am a 5’11 right side/ middle hitter for Fargo South High School in Fargo, ND. I have been playing club volleyball with Red River Infinity volleyball club for 5 years. I have been playing for the past 8 years. My overall goal from my volleyball career is to play volleyball in college. I am a versatile player and my passion for volleyball is what drives me to improve as a player and a teammate. Even though I recently started playing back row as well , I have improved a lot and I would love to keep improving. I am a supportive and motivated teammate, and a coachable player. I don’t dwell on mistakes and I don’t make excuses. I give my all in practice and even more outside to develop my skills to become a better player. Through my academic career I have been able to maintain a 3.0-3.3 gpa.
