Christopher Ghizzoni '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches:

My name is Christopher Ghizzoni. I am currently finishing up my freshman year at Austintown Fitch High School in Ohio. I am extremely proud of my accomplishments in my initial year of high school, which included earning the starting left defensive back position on the varsity soccer team. In addition, I have been playing club soccer for the past 6 years for Soccer Vision Academy. On my club team, my primary position is starting defensive back, with some playing time at the center defensive back as well. As I have progressed through my club experience, I have developed into a leadership role on the team and earned the respect of my teammates. I believe it is imperative to lead by example on and off the field. I am a highly motivated person who takes every opportunity to better my soccer skills this includes on days when I don´t have practice where I concentrate on strength training and self guided skills training. Along with being highly motivated on the soccer field I have the same passion for my learning. I take my studies very seriously and put in many hours towards my homework and preparing for assessments. I am confident all of these qualities will allow me the opportunity to follow my dreams of playing soccer at the collegiate level.
