Alex Gilmore '25 Recruiting Profile

Soccer has been a life-changing experience for me. Nothing else compares to the competition, hard work, discipline, relationships, and joy this sport has given me. I've been playing since as long as I can remember, and I want to continue to keep something this special as a main aspect of my life. Because of that, I will work as hard as it takes to continue to improve my skills and my soccer IQ as I look to play at the next level. I am a hard worker, on the field and in the classroom. My success in both areas leads to a lot of people looking up to me, which has helped me build valuable leadership qualities that I plan to bring to a college roster, all while remaining humble and grateful to my teammates and coaches who bring the best out of me. As a team captain, I strive to lead by example through my actions, communication, and coachability. I believe these characteristics make me a good candidate for a program that wants to work hard and win games, just like I do.
