I have been playing soccer since I was eight years old. It is my passion. I play every day whether it is with my teams, my friends, or practicing on my own. I can't imagine not playing soccer after I graduate from high school, so my goal is to continue playing competitively in college. My coaches tell my greatest strengths are how hard I work at training, my speed, my versatility and my leadership abilities. I start every game on my high school team and am captain of my club team. I work hard at motivating my teammates and I train hard every day. I am very competitive and motivated on the field. I am a very versatile player and although much of my training has been as a forward, I was needed most as a center back this year, so that is where played. I was also awarded Most Valuable Player on my high school team last year, captain the highest level of my club team. Most recently I was awarded Player of the Year for my Arsenal Academy club team and Defensive Player of the Year for my high school team. I was inducted to the National Honor Society this year, and I plan to enroll in an SAT prep class and take the SAT in the spring. I also continue to try to improve my GPA.
