Personal Statement
My name is Bryan Ukeje. I've been playing competitive soccer for around 9 years. I play select soccer for Coach Ed Puskarich on the Texas Spurs Showcase team. My main goal is to go to college and become an Orthopedic doctor, but still play at the competitive level.
My main position is center back, but I also defensive midfield, and outside back. For my high school soccer team, Mansfield Legacy high school, I start at center back but I also play defensive mid and outside back, I am "a very versatile player".
I will always be the loudest person on the field. I am a very vocal person and love to give instruction, regardless if we are winning or losing, it is a major part of my game. I am a good 1 v 1 defender and I bring aggression and physicality to every game; I believe it would be a wasted gift if I didn’t. I am good aerially, also my speed is a great asset.
