My name is Daniel Wolafka. I was born on December 27th of 2004 and I’ve been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I started off playing in Germany. At the age of 11 I moved to Switzerland and continued playing there.
I graduated at Merit Prep. Academy (UT) in May 2023. I still have 2 more years of school left in Switzerland which means I will be graduating in 2025. That is also the time I am looking for colleges to join.
The difference between playing in Europe and the US is, that we do not only play for a third of the year like they do at school in the US. We play the entire year with only 4 weeks of break in the summer. That gives me an advantage in experience and playing time over other players.
I also played for different teams which means I can adjust and fit well into new teams and find my place.
I have worked with a lot of position coaches to not only get better in soccer in general but as a goalkeeper.
I also attended some camps, like the summer camp of Eintracht Frankfurt. I learned a lot from former professionals and know how to perform in a competitive environment.
My goal is to play good soccer at a University or college with great education. Good grades also mean a lot to me.
I am experienced, stress resistent and know how to handle difficult situations. I am very dedicated and am confident that I have talent and potential.
