Benjamin Stewart '18 Recruiting Profile

My ultimate goal and dream is to be able to play at the college level and possibly continue on after that. I believe that I'm a good fit for any team, because of how I play on the field and because of who I am as person on and off the field. I'm a very easy going person so it makes it easy for me to join a new club or team which I've had many experiences with and then get into rhythm and build new relationships with teammates. On the field I'm a very versatile player, I have played every field position through out my career even with a lack of size and strength I'm able to play multiple positions. After being on Burr and Burtons varsity team for three years as well as serving as team captain in my junior year I have one more year at Burr and Burton and am striving to play at the next level. My hard work, effort and fun all mix well together to make playing and practicing with me fun and there's always seriousness if it's in a big game or fun if it's just a recreational game with friends.  Being that I've lived in both Europe as well as America I've seen the different levels of competition that there is and different styles of play and I know how to adapt to any sistuation. Overall I believe that my work ethic combined with who I am on and off the field make me a different player and separates me from others which will help me going into my senior year as well as what will come after high school.
