Hello, my name is Quintin Summers. First, let me begin by saying I am passionate about soccer and my education. I had always dreamed of becoming a professional soccer player, but I also realized that having an excellent backup education is a must.
That said, I would like to give you a quick overview of myself. I am a senior at South County HS in Lorton, Va., about 25 miles south of Washington, D.C. I have been playing travel soccer since 6th grade. I realized I must be competitive, committed, and determined to be an elite soccer player.
My goal as a player is to improve at every practice and game and improve on any skills I lack. I am deemed to have a "Type A and B Personality" in which I implement the "practice makes perfect" philosophy and am proactive in helping my team win games. Every game I play is a new challenge that I have to face and become an elite player.
I believe I am a good candidate for a team because I am 100% dedicated to being a team player. I am highly competitive in soccer games and will use my talent to help my team WIN games. For as long as I can remember, soccer has been one of my greatest passions. I want to play soccer and WIN!
My character. I have a unique personality as I am an only child, but without the only child superior syndrome. My parents have saturated me in sports, high-level academics, and social activities throughout my life, which has played a significant role in my competitiveness in athletics and academics. With that said, as an only child, my teammates instantly became my family. I enjoy being part of a team and understand that it is not just about me as an individual but all of us on the team.
In addition, I take my education pretty seriously. Currently, I am deemed undecided on a major, but it will likely be something in Engineering/Computer Science. I plan to consider colleges that are a good match for me academically. I am very passionate about soccer and hope to manage my soccer aspiration and academics successfully.

- 2021 Lee Mount Vernon Sports Club (Club Champions League and National Capital Soccer League)
- The LMVSC U13-U19 National League Teams will compete against the top teams from premier clubs in the region, in a team vs team and or Club vs Club model. Team-based competition creates an evenly matched, highly competitive league format from season to season. Our conference features the highest tier, Premier I Division, and offers additional levels of play with promotion and relegation between tiers to give teams and players the opportunity to play competitive games each weekend. The LMVSC U13-U19 National League Teams will have the opportunity to advance to the USYS Regional and National Championships at the conclusion of their seasons, as well as the National League Player Recruitment Opportunity (PRO). USYS and EDP will provide college showcases specifically designed for members of the USYS National League conferences.
