Megan Kirby 2020 ...Personal Statement
One of my goals in life is to play college basketball. I am very athletic and have the drive to do what it takes to succeed. I am taking the steps to achieve this goal by transferring to Highland School where I am learning at a much higher level and preparing myself for a successful college career.
I continue to improve academically with A/B average. I am Team Captain this year and will be carrying a much heavier load leading the team this year as we try to repeat as Delaney Athletic Conference (DAC) Championship as well as the VISAA STATE CHAMPIONS!
Selected as SECOND TEAM ALL CONFERENCE (2018/19), FIRST TEAM ALL CONFERENCE and Varsity MVP AWARD WINNER as a freshman (2017/18)
The big win for me is to find a college that is the best fit academically where I can play at my highest potential possible as a student athlete. I feel that I have a lot to offer the right program. I have a great work ethic and I am very coachable. I want to be a player decision a coach will be proud of.

- Unfortunately the team did not play all that well in our first tournament. We did improve and played better every game. As instructed our players kept great attitudes and never quit. Megan received a lot of attention and compliments on both effort and style of play, which she greatly appreciated.
