I'm Kianu Vo, born on July 18th, 2006, in Seattle, Washington. I play for Valencia CF Academy Seattle's 2005/6 team. Ever since joining this team, I have had various soccer opportunities like I never thought possible. Training under Valencia CF Youth Academy coaches, I receive valuable insights through constant monitoring and video analysis. I've also gained international exposure by training in Spain and competing against top youth teams in Europe.
I am a winger (Can play outside back) who plays positional play. My role on the pitch to assist my team by making runs, crossing, and making gaps for my teammates to slot into. I understand that winger is not an attack position only, I understand that I must always track back to help my team on defense and immediately get back up to start the attack. I use my quickness to explode into runs and get a head start while using technical skills to make those runs into attacks. I have a good knack for looking for through balls and the cross, I am a team player as I look for passes before I start dribbling.
Academically, I maintain a 3.89 GPA while tackling multiple AP classes. At Hazen, I contributed to our soccer team's success, reaching the State quarter-finals last year. Our team's determination and growth from that experience motivate us to excel further.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my profile!
