Zakaria Gilal '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Zakaria Gilal and I really hope on achieving the best possible outcome for my future. I am going into my senior year at black hills high school. I’ve been in Varsity soccer since freshman year and I am the team captain of my soccer team. I am also the next Vice president for the student council taking on many leadership responsibilities. I also do jazz band as a 0 period and marching band during football season. I am also currently the drum major for the band. I do cross country during fall as well. last season I PR’d on every race and only hope to keep that going. I really hope to get in contact with colleges about scholarship opportunities and more. I recently had the honor of being awarded defensive player of the year on my team and received the “2A all league evergreen 2nd team” from being voted by coaches and scouts in our league. 

I know that I can make a big difference on the field and in a class. I am starving for greatness and I won't stop even when I reach ot.
