Gabe Wolverton '19 Recruiting Profile

I went into my freshman year just thinking that I would be an attacking player, however I have learned to be versatile and play everywhere on the field.  I started out just as an outside mid and I liked to distribute the ball and create the plays. Then I was moved back to defense mid way through the season and I had to step up for my team. I play where I am needed. Where ever I need to be to benifit my team. I am a team player and I will do anything in my power to benifit my team. 

I have been playing soccer since I was three years old. I have always had a passion for soccer. I hate missing anything. Even when I'm unable to play I am still at practice supporting my team. 

My parents have held a very high standard for me when it comes to academics. I am a student athlete. Student comes before athlete.
