Personal Statement

My name is Enzo Carini and I have been dedicated to soccer for almost 12 years.  Between club and high school, I have been playing for more than half of my life.  I have dedicated the majority of my time to playing, watching and learning about the game of soccer.  My goal is to become an even better player and teammate in the future.   One attribute that I am proud of is that I am very coachable.   Over the years, not only in soccer but in baseball I was awarded the most coachable player because of my determination and ability to do what I am asked to do.  Every time I step on the field I will always give 100% percent because of my passion for the game.  Some of my favorite moments in my soccer career are when I was able to score a hattrick to send my U10 team to the state final.  Another highlight would have to be on my high school team.  During my junior year, my team and I were able to win the conference for the first time since the year I was born.  Lastly, this year we competed in an invitational with Marquette, Whitefish Bay, Brookfield East and Cedarburg, some of the highest-ranked schools in the state.   I was honored to be named on the first team for the invitational.

My academic goals are to get a degree in business, more specifically in sports marketing.  My goals for soccer are to play at a competitive level, continue to improve my skills and build a bond with my new teammates and coaches.   The college that would be a good fit for me is a school with a good business program,  a competitive soccer team and a good school spirit.  I feel I have a lot to offer as a teammate, player, and student on and off the field.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
