Personal Statement
My goal has been from when I was in 1st grade to be the greatest Olympic swimmer of all time. To accomplish this goal, I want to go into a reputable college that has a strong swim program. What I believe what makes me stand out from every other athlete is that at every single practice, I give it my all -- every time. During these early, long, and intense practices, I focus on my technique and my goals constantly. The first thing I do in the morning is wake up at 4 AM, eat, get my stuff ready, leave for practice and work toward my biggest dream. If you ask my coach about my attitude at practice and meets, he will very likely say " he puts his heart into it every time, no matter how big or small the meet is, he puts in 110% from the first event to the last 50 or 25 yards of his last race." I believe that how one becomes the greatest is to put in the work every single day and to swim your hardest from early morning practices, to the biggest meet of their life.
