Personal Statement
I am a Pakistan and UAE National record holder for the last three years and I am planning to participate in FINA next year. I swim 10 times a week. I began learning swimming at an age of 3 years and won the best swimmer of year awards throughout my school. I participated in the Pakistan Junior National championship at the age of 12 and broke three records in 50 m backstrokes, 100 m backstroke and 50 m breaststroke. It was the best moment of my life. My photographs were published in many leading newspapers and this news was aired in the news as well. It was the proudest time of my life and I can never forget that special moment. I am a hard-working and competitive boy, who is never scared of any challenge and strive my best. After two years, on 30th Oct 2020, I participated in the 1st UAE swimming community gala and made a new record of 50 m backstrokes in a short course at an age of 14, I broke UAE swimming national record of 50 m backstrokes in a short course. Now I am officially Pakistan and UAE National record holder and aiming to participate in international events in the coming years.
