Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Gabriel Levi Alayev and I have been swimming ever since I was in the 6th grade. I first started swimming because I was put into it by my father who also is a big swimmer and since then I've loved it so much. I started off swimming at Hofstra Jr. Swim Club for 2 years and then started to train harder in the 8th grade. Currently, I am swimming at LIE (Long Island Express Swim Team) and this makes my 4th year. I am hoping to be able to take the sport that I love to the next level during college.
