 I have been swimming for over 10 years, improving my skills over the years as I grew up, but now I am faced with my final steps in swimming and I wish to improve myself to my best through hard work, diligence, amazing work ethic, hard practices and with the help of other teammates. 

  I am very attentive and focused person when it comes to swimming and school and I will always to push myself to beat anyone who is in front of me. I will put every ounce of strength that I have in practice, to help improve the team and my team mates. Improvement is and always will be something I want for myself, and a challenging academic program as well as a vigorous athletic program are both key to self-improvement. I promise you will get my best, and I will make a difference to the team.
