Adam Dopkowski '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Adam Dopkowski. Recently nominated as the 2021-2022 team Captain, I am a highly motivated, dedicated athlete who has been swimming competitively for the past two years. I got into swimming freshman  year and started swimming club sophomore year.  Although I have not been swimming competitively for very long, I have a passion for the sport and am working every day to improve and have made significant strides in progress.  I have been focusing on freestyle sprinting  and have dropped nearly 8 seconds in my 50 free and over 10 seconds in my 100 free.   My individual goals for next year are to break the school 50 record of 21.8 and improve my 100 to a 47 by end of season.  I also want to continue to be a leader on my team and help more incoming freshmen fall in love with swimming like I did.
