Swimming with fast teammates gives me a lot of motivation to go fast at practice. Swimming with someone like Reece Whitley who pushed me at practice everyday and training with him as well as being coached by Crystal Keelan really paid off, as you can see with my time drops in only a year and a half of hard training when I switched teams to Penn Charter. Here are a few times before Penn Charter and now- 50free: 2016- 22.48 now 21.60 (fastest relay split 20.62) ,
100free: 49.31 now 46.9 (fastest relay split 45.9)
100fly: 54.6 now 50.6
200free: 1:49.64 now 1:44.5
I️ have a lot of potential to get fast especially with the right development. also 6’5 and weigh 170 (but gaining weight), we also lift only 2 times a week. (I know that lifting is a lot more serious in college)
