- Returned to Coach Salo's new intense training camp and it was very intense. Really enjoyed the personal attention I received to make my strokes better and enjoyed every breakout session. After our first workout, we timed some of the Olympic hopefuls that trained after us. Very inspiring.

- I qualified for this meet 10 days prior at the Wyoming Winter State Meet and decided to attend. Qualified in the 50 free and swam the 100 free as a bonus along with a 100 butterfly time trial. Great experience! Can't wait to swim faster in 2017 now that I've qualified for both the 50 and 100 free.

- This camp changed the way I think about swimming. Coach Salo worked us the entire week and all his coaches worked with us individually. I returned to my club team with a new mind set and focus.
