Since I can remember, tennis has been a part of my life. I love watching, playing and talking about tennis. It has always been a dream to play tennis for a college, and because of that, I have spent countless hours training in the court, at the gym, watching film, and sharpening my athletic skills every way I can. But, I know that the academic side is also highly important, which is why I haven't neglected it. Although my passion is tennis, I know that in order to get a scholarship, I also need academic skills. I have always known how to balance tennis and school, and have always strived to be the best student I can be.
The most important thing that makes me good candidate for a team is my discipline. I know that results don't come by themselves, the only way to get them is through dedication. Another important quality I possess is my work ethic. Anything I do, wether it's playing tennis, or studying for a test, I give it my 100%. I don't have the biggest natural talent, but I believe this is a good thing, because it has always driven me to become better. I know that I have to work twice as hard as my opponents, and that I have to be the most dedicated player, on the court, and outside.
