Joshua Clay '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Clay and I am Senior at Huntington High School. I have been playing tennis since 7th grade and while I consider myself a good player, I know that my best tennis is ahead of me.  I would like to play tennis at the D1 level, but understand that DII and DIII are just as competitive and look forward to the challenge of playing College tennis in whichever situation is best for me and school.  I am a hard worker, on the practice court, and in the classroom.  My strengths are my ability to wear down my opponent by grinding out every point. Consistency is important in any sport, and this also benefits me on the court. During my high school career, I have won two (2) State Championsips in doubles, and won my first singles State Championship during the 2012 season.
