Personal Statement
I would like to compete for a NCAA division 1 school. I am the #1 highjumper in u18 & u20 in Canada with a personal best of 2.09m. I recently won silver at the u18 NACAC championships in Querétaro, Mexico with a jump of 2.08m

- Im going into my 6th year of training for highjump, i train 5 days a week; four days with club and one day with Highschool. My practices consist of technical jump training, speed work and strength training. During my club practices during the week i have technical jump training on mondays and saturdays, speed work and running on tuesdays and thursdays as well as strength training in the gym after speedwork at the track. During my one highschool practice i do circuit training and plyometrics.
