Personal Statement

   I live by the words of "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work." I am not intimidated by my competitors because I have an unyielding confidence in my work ethic as an athlete. If I am to run at your school, I hope to bring this mentality to the rest of your program. I am all in and want to succeed in this sport.

    Aside from athletics, I hope to contribute to the prestige of your school academically as well. I am a hard worker in whatever I do and have proved this as a scholar with a 4.2 GPA, rigorous course load, and high class rank all to my credit.
