- I practice Saturday and Sunday, for two hours. One hour at a time is dedicated to one of the three events - Hammer, Discus, or Shot. Additionally, I am in the weight room with my coaches 2-3 days per week. I work with one of the most well-known throws coaches, Mike Judge, and his group of 2-3 other coaches.
