I am a Freshman at Genoa-Kingston High School. From a very young age I have had a strong passion for sports. My competitive nature drives me to be the best athlete I can be. This 2024 season will be my 3rd track season and I am looking forward to a challenging, competitive and rewarding year.
I have been participating in track and field since 7th grade. Since I first stepped on to the track, I have aspired to compete at the collegiate level. I quit baseball after 9 years to focus on sprinting. In 8th grade I had several PR's and hold the records in my middle school for the 100m (11.95), 200m (24.17), and Discus (116' 8''). In the IESA 3A Sectionals I placed 1st in 3 events and in the IESA 3A State Finals I placed 7th in the 100m, 4th in the 200m, and 20th in discus. I am looking forward to the challenges in the 2024 track season as well as setting some new PR's as a freshman.
Academically, I like to be challenged as well. I am currently in Honors English and Algebra II (junior level math). I maintain a GPA of 3.78. In college I am interested in pursuing an Exercise Science program.
