(updated)
I only began running my Junior year of high school at Norwood High School in Norwood, MA. I did not know what to expect, but I ended up loving it. Last cross country season (2016), my PR on our home course was 20:40. This year, in our first meet, I ran 18:07 on that same course. More recently (10/11/17), I ran 16:56 on the same course and placed 1st against Wellesley. I think that I am very unique in that I am willing to put the work in at practice to be able to do my best for my next race. This season, I am the third seed on my team, but I have beaten our number two runner in a few of our meets. This upcoming indoor and outdoor seasons are looking very promising for me, and I am hoping to break 5 minutes in the mile and 10:30 in the two mile which I believe I am very capable of doing.
