Hi, my name is Brandon Flennoy I am from Detroit Michigan and attend Renaissance High School. Some things about me are I have been able to maintain a 3.5 GPA while owning my own school Organization and also while running track and field. I've been doing track for four years and my main events are all hurdles! What makes me a good candidate for any team is I show these traits, loyalty, integrity, responsibility, and discipline. Another thing about me is I am the hardest worker! One thing about me is I have a strong work ethic I will stay in the gym or at a practice until I get something down to the T.
My goals for this season are as follows.
400mh: 55, 300mh: 38, 110mh: 14.2, 60mh: 7.9
